Hunter Gatherer was created as a farm to table concept with ingredients sourced from organic farms across China. Cakeshop was brought on to assist in the redevelopment of Hunter Gatherer’s largest location in Hubindao, Shanghai.

Hunter gatherer was on the leading edge on the fresh food movement in china. Developing high quality primary source farms and logistics to create a seamless supply chain.

The project involved re-evaluating each aspect of the concept including, food offering, service sequence, unique selling points of the venue, grocery and fresh produce displays.
